  This is a pretty good laundromat. They stay open late, they are usually very clean, relatively inexpensive, with good washers and dryers. I had not had any problems with the staff until this morning when I realized I left a load of laundry in one of their washers last night, when I was was thed last person to leave. I called this morning to see if they could locate the load of laundry that I had left there, and save it for me until I got off work today. After A LOT of unnecessary back and forth about what the laundry was specifically, they said they would, but she was incredibly rude about it and acted as if I had done some horrible thing.
  Whatever happened to human decency? Oh wait, I forgot this is California!
