  I took my ring for a loan went to many pawn shops to get an idea of the offers. I came across Lucy’s and Dave and lily were by far the most helpful staff I came across. Dave was very honest and educated me about the value on my ring and of course gave the best loan offer compared to others. The day I went to pick my ring Lily was so nice always a happy face, which made my experience very pleasant. Dave remembered me and not only did they make it easy and a great experience he also cleaned my ring and made look much prettier. Great customer service will definitely recommend and in future now know no need to look elsewhere. Thank you!!
